Teacher rewards

Make teacher rewards clear and traceable.

The platform connects teaching activity with an internal points balance and a promo-code store. Teachers can see their progress and reward history; administrators can manage adjustments without losing the record of what changed.

    Collect activity

    Import lesson, report, recording and communication metrics from the Teacher Activity API.

  2. 02

    Calculate rewards

    Scheduled jobs calculate daily awards and weekly adjustments. Reward breakdowns explain the contribution of each activity category.

  3. 03

    Exchange points for a promo code

    A teacher chooses an available reward. The system checks the balance and stock, deducts the points and records the issued code in purchase history.

Automated awards

Daily scoring, monthly earning limits and weekly adjustments, with scheduled processing.

Visible progress

Teacher ranks, activity statistics and a category breakdown alongside reward transactions.

Promo-code redemption

Checks the balance and available codes before confirming a purchase. Points and code allocation are saved together, preventing the same code from being issued twice.

Administrative control

Separate teacher and administrator authentication, manual balance adjustments and transaction history.
